Chrymo Combi Binding machine

In collaboration with Chrysal International, Bercomex has now developed a smart solution for this: the Chrymo Combi Binder. One machine that can handle both types of flower food. This results in considerable savings in costs, space and labour.

The great advantage of the Chrymo Combi Binder is its flexibility: you can bind both liquid and powdered food with one machine. Thanks to the easily removable dispensers, switching between both types of sachets is quick and easy. This allows you to respond effortlessly to the wishes of your customers and you work more efficiently than ever.

Easy to clean

With the new Chrymo Combi Binder, maintenance has never been easier. The removable sachet dispenser saves your maintenance team a lot of time. The dispenser can be changed within 4 minutes if it is sticky or dirty. This results in minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

High speed

The binder can bind up to 4,000 bags per hour. And because it is possible to integrate the Chrymo Combi Binder into a fully automatic sleeve process, you can achieve maximum speed.

Together with Chrysal International, we have taken the next step in the automatic application of liquid and powder sachets. Thanks to the connection stickers, boxes with Chrysal strings can be seamlessly connected to the new string. This ensures continuous operation of the Chrymo Combi Binder.
