Terra Flower

This sleeving machine ensures a controlled and stable feeding of bunches. Each bunch is positioned with high precision, creating a uniform flow into the sleeving process. This prevents misalignment and minimises damage to flowers and stems. The bunches are then fully automatically placed into the sleeve, resulting in a tight and uniform final finish.

Continuous, efficient and flexible

The Terra Flower is designed for a continuous production process. Thanks to multiple sleeve magazines, the machine can keep running without interruptions for reloading sleeves. This ensures stable output and a high capacity of up to several thousand bunches per hour, depending on product and configuration.

The machine is suitable for a wide range of flowers, such as roses, tulips, lilies, and chrysanthemums, as well as mixed bouquets. In addition, the Terra Flower processes various sleeve materials such as CPP and BOPP, and after validation also paper. Within one configuration, a single sleeve size is used together with an adjustable bunch length, making product changeovers simple and efficient.

Reliable and modular design

The Terra Flower is known for its reliable operation and consistent processing quality. Its largely mechanical design ensures high uptime and low maintenance requirements, allowing the machine to perform consistently in demanding production environments. In addition, the machine is built in a modular way and can easily be expanded with additional functions such as camera sorting, weighing conveyors, automatic tying, and labelling. The Terra Flower can be directly integrated into existing Bercomex processing lines.
